Rates:
All rates are for 2 people in the room. Additional persons over the age of 6 is an extra $10. each, per night, plus tax. All rooms are nonsmoking and have a private bath with shower, TV, telephone, coffee maker and include a continental breakfast.

We accept pets in certain rooms for an additional $25, plus tax, per pet, per stay fee. We require 1 night's prepayment on all reservations and have a 96 hour cancellation policy and a $10.00 cancellation or change fee. The Narrow Gauge Inn accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. Madera County tax rate is 11%.

We have a 2-3 night weekend minimum between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, as well as other holiday and conference periods. Add $25 per night in the summer months between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Also, rates increase for holiday & special event periods.

Available in Winter Months, Weather Permitting These rooms have a balcony with a table and 2 chairs with a direct view of the forest.
Room with 1 Queen Bed $120 Apr. 1 thru Oct. 31. $79 Nov. 1 thru Mar. 31 Add $25 per night in the summer months between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Also, rates increase for holiday & special event periods. These rooms have a common deck with other rooms. Includes a table and 2 chairs. The view overlooks the lower level and the mountains beyond. 15 stairs to access these rooms.

Room with 1 King Bed $150 Apr. 1 thru Oct. 31. $109 Nov. 1 thru Mar. 31 Add $25 per night in the summer months between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Also, rates increase for holiday & special event periods. These rooms each have their own balcony with a table and 2 chairs.They are located throughout the property and have various views.
Mission Suite $195 Apr. 1 thru Oct. 31. Add $25 per night in the summer months between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Also, rates increase for holiday & special event periods. Available in Winter Months, Weather Permitting This is our most popular room and is quite large. It has a king size bed and a Trundle day bed plus two bathrooms (one with a clawfoot tub), high beam ceilings, TV with DVD, small refrigerator, air conditioning, private balcony with direct forest views. Sleeps a maximum of 5.
